Port Morris Eco-District: A Path to Environmental Justice in the South Bronx is a masters thesis for completion of my Master of Design Studies in Sustainable Design at the Boston Architectural College. This conceptual project seeks to establish an eco-district in the waterfront community of Port Morris in the South Bronx that has for decades been plagued by industrial pollution, environmental injustice and human health concerns.

This project explored the Port Morris community's identity, history, environment and industrial activities and analyzed it within the eco-district certification framework. Themes such as environmental justice, urbanization, sustainability and resiliency are explored.
